in shorter threads, I'll read the entire thread, but for longer ones, I'll just read several random posts and any posts that seem to be quoted a lot.
 
Depends on the length of the thread. If it is under 20, or really interesting, I read them all. If not I just skim and get the jest of it.

It's an attention whore who has 100+ replies, no freakin' way I'm reading them all.
