EU cargo ban is going to Titanic the markets.
Who had that retarded idea?
And while we're at, Tucker is ranting about Chinese goods.
El Presidente did not look good during that speech. Honestly, he looked like he was sleep deprived and was fighting a cold.
He also avoided talking about the lack of available test kits, which at this point is pretty pathetic.
And the supply chain. FuckEU cargo ban is going to Titanic the markets.
My first thought too. Second thought: it’s not going to help stop the spread whatsoever.
“It’s entirely unwise. First of all, it violates WHO recommendations and treaties that U.S. has signed onto. But it doesn’t even do anything to impact the epidemic,” said Lawrence Gostin, global health law professor at Georgetown University. “Many of the countries in Europe besides Italy have just as many cases or less than the Unites States. The idea this would reduce transmission here is not based on evidence. The reality is germs don’t respect borders.”
Fox viewers are already primed that no matter what, this is China's fault. Every time I've flipped over to Fox, that's the subject.
Well he most likely does have the corona virus. Lol
Irony ain’t dead yet folks!
WHO is part of the deep state and run by smarty pants liberal educated "elites". Trump admin uses feels and "common sense" to handle complex issues AKA the derp state.According to the WaPo, WHO recommends against border closures as it can disrupt supply chains, discourage sharing of information, and make people less likely to disclose future outbreaks.
This administration is certainly taking "unprecedented action ", just not in the way we'd hope.
Your post is disgusting.Well it is China's government's fault for reopening the wet markets and wildlife farming after it already caused SARS in 2004. These fuckers have probably killed 500,000 Americans.
If they wanted to keep them open, they should have at least enforced some common sense regulations like segregating animals, not letting animals sit in other animals' bodily fluids, and some standards for butchering of animals. At least that would minimize opportunities for diseases to jump species.Well it is China's government's fault for reopening the wet markets and wildlife farming after it already caused SARS in 2004. He is.I'm going to disagree with everyone here and that he's doing the right thing as long as he's not banning cargo from EU. Hopefully that's not the case.
I also agree he didn't look or sound too well. But I liked his overall speech. If the futures stay down tomorrow, I'll be buying.
Your post is disgusting.
Think market futures just plowed into their down limits.
WH has (possibly) clarified the ban does not apply to cargo. Maybe chalk that one up to President Mumbles.
What's disgusting about blaming the Chinese government for reopening these markets that already gave us one epidemic and have now given us another that is going to kill a lot of people all over the world and likely end up another endemic virus?
This video from Vox provides a nice overview of the situation in those markets:Actually agreeing with you on this one.
A little refrigeration would go a loooong way...

You guys are looking for repeat of 2008 crash. I don't think we're going to get that. I buy when it's ugly. And the futures are currently saying it's going to be ugly. If I'm wrong, oh well. I just lose more money. But no one said catching falling knife with bare hands is easy.He is.
Don't buy tomorrow, we haven't hit the bottom yet by a long shot.
