Last two to my knowledge were:
tech
housing

What do you predict to be the next?

My guesses are government or some type of financial crisis tied to the low interest rates

There has been rumbling about bubbles in the bond market. I don't know enough about it to offer an informed opinion.

the govt no longer able to borrow $.

right now the econ is propped up by the govt spending $1T more than it takes in. :(

once the US credit rating drops to that of an African country watch inflation zoom sky high because since we cant borrow anymore, we just print $ to pay off old debts.
$1B zimbobwae dollar bill, here we come.

and when the us govt is forced to stop spending, the stock market will crash because the parasite companies leeching off the US overspending will shrivel up.

at that point, guns and ammo will be your best friend.

Forget about bubble, this entire country needs a reset or revolution to fix the real problems.

We allowed Business sector to not only infiltrate but gain almost complete control of the entire system. Our government works for Corps, not people.

And to Government defense, I guess they should cause Corps pay them WAY more money.

But honest, even with a reset or revolution, not much will get fixed. It will just be some other ahole taking advantage of the system for self gain.

First and foremost, serving the government should be a PRIVILEGE not a career.

Bitcoin ASICs.

It's already happening and it's pretty much an arms race to stay profitable.

CPU --> GPU --> FPGA --> ASIC --> ???

Hoping that the housing bubble bursts in another 2 years when I'm looking to buy.

Then again, not too much has changed since the last bust.

Was going to post the same.

+2 student loans

we've got skyrocketing university costs, stagnant wages, and lagging unemployment (with drops being driven by people just dropping out of the work force, not job gains)... I don't see how it's sustainable.

so don't borrow money you aren't sure you can pay back. How hard of a concept is that?

it's a pretty hard concept, that's why it's a bubble waiting to pop... not being able to pay back loans thus far hasn't been stopping many from taking them anyways, like the no down payment housing loans.

Pretty hard for a kid just out of high school who has no idea what to do with his life but has been told by everyone he trusts that all the good options are tied to college.

This much is true. It's sold as though college is the only possibility of success.
