Where exactly is your proof that they've taken steroids, Sparky? I agree that they've changed the face of women's tennis and made it more like men's with a focus on power over finesse, but that doesn't mean they're jacked up on 'roids. It IS possible to be buff without taking steroids, ya know.

Dude you look at most of the women on the tour from capriatti to mauresmo to the williams girls. All of them have way more muscles than ever and its absurd to think they are muscle builders. Tennis has baseball-itis and needs testing.

Yeah, she's a bit of a munter, but as NFS4 pointed out she is a great tennis player.

Interestingly enough, it's accepted that pretty much any 'national' standard male player can beat a top ranked womans player with ease. Apparently some guy ranked 300 in the world or something played against a few of the top women players last year and beat ALL of them in straight sets without breaking sweat...

It was an arguement I read in the paper recently over whether or not the women players should be paid as much as the men. It certainly raised my eye brow any way.
