Precautions?

Hi guys I was wondering if there are any precautions I should take before I install my new video card, I've ordered the MSI GTX970 4G and along with it a 650w modular corsair PS.
Will there be any compatibility risks of any sorts with my old hardware? this is what I have atm.

CPU
Intel Core i7 3770 @ 3.40GHz
Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology
RAM
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz
Motherboard
Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. B75-D3V (Intel Core i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz)

Thanks in advance!

None that i can see. I just installed a new GTX 970 in a customer's computer that had a Gigabyte board with an Intel i7-2700K processor with no issues.
