Monarch for a "custom" prebuilt, can hardly build your own for what they sell it for. Also service is very good. Right now Dell has 34% off on their desktops including the XPS. You could get a P4 3.6 XPS with an XT850PE for way under $2000 (w/o) monitor and depending on what else you put in it. I just got one. It's very quiet, 20-50% faster at video encoding stuff, then my previous Athlon 3500+. Plus with the X850XT PE it's also faster at gaming. Bios is locked up tighter than, (insert phrase of choice) if you like to tinker or OC. I'm very pleased so far.

You can choose a truly custom set-up part by part, then have them build and ship it for a very low price (40, 60?). Cyberpower is cheap, but that is about all they have going for them. All three machines I have seen from them were built badly (improper hardware/driver installs, missing parts, scratched up stuff). If you aren't comfortable rebuilding the whole machine, their tech support will make you want to pull your hair out.

I posted on this recently. After researching the options monarch was the best. Reseller rating is the best.

Of course, I decided to build my own system for cheaper yet and was happy about it.

They're prices are reasonable, but they don't have near large enough selection. And being able to pick out each exact part you want that is the main reason to build IMO.
If you're set on pre-built, definitely check them out.

And I have a different opijion on Monarch than the others who posted here. I'm not so sure they can be trusted to build a simple combo, let alone an entire system.

Velocity Micro -
Perks - lifetime tech support via phone during regular business hours. They don't outsource . Truely knowledgable people answering phone.
(No tacky scripts " what can i build for YOU today ??" ) LOL...
Prices lower than many other boutiques -vs. Same quality components
Worth a check out if you aren't building yourself .
