Prebuilt desktop with SSD around $500 USD -- what are my options?

Do any companies build desktops with SSDs for around $500 (without monitor)? This is for an office.

how about a refurb alienware alpha from the delloutlet, there is a coupon code to get the i3 version for $345, enough left over to buy a ssd and put it in there

The way I feel, if I have to do that much, then I might as well build the whole thing. Why don't companies offer SSDs in budget computers?
