The marriage that led to accusations of gold digging for a Delaware preacher is over. The Rev. Leroy Jenkins' marriage to a wealthy, 77-year-old widow was annulled Thursday.

the more I read about this guy the more I hate about him... it is obvious that he married her for her money... but the thing I don't get is that why did the marriage get annulled after 7.5 years? Does it really take that long?

I can understand how the relatives would be upset... I mean this guy doesn't even want to return the property.

Kinda lame... that basically makes it seem exactly like he's golddigging... it is kinda obvious that he paid for the funeral to get with her and her money of course... when I was reading the first half of the article, it seem as if Jenkins might have been wrongfully accused... but after reading that quote... ha!

He should've returned the property to begin with so that he wouldn't look like a complete jackass - at least then people might believe the story that he married for love... might
