Hi, I'm looking for a prepaid cellular phone deal without expiration dates on the minutes. Does it exist? I kind of got screwed with my current Voicestream deal when my chip that I had never used expired on me. I'm only planning on using the cell in emergencies or car situations where I'd need a phone. Just wondering!

I doubt it exists. How would they make money off you if they did that? Remember that even a cell phone without service can call 911.

The best I've found is AT&T. It's a minimum of $10 every 45 days. Their prepaid national plan has the same coverage as National One Rate, meaning anywhere there's a cellular system built, whether it's AT&T's or someone elses.

I wouldn't buy pre-paid service from an unknown company, you never know how their service will turn out. Might even be a scam.

Tracfone has a card good for 1 year, cost about $95 though. AT&T is every 45 days, Ecallplus is 90 days, don't know about the other ones. There is some funny looking fun that will only call 911, I've seen it and it cost $100:Q. It doesn't have any monthly fees, but I would rather just get one of the other services so I can other places besides 911.
