Too Bad. Delivery Date changed to 12/29

It's strange that the first Mobo that Monarch got verification for delivery is a ATi chipset board.

Well it was 12/03 earlier today. I guess they already sold those or the MBs got delayed. I think the Asus with nForce4 can't be too far away from market. I think I look for those.

this board's been on the website for a week or so. Looks pretty lame to me, it doesn't have too many features, and is way overpriced.

Pre-ordering generally isng a good deal. When the Neo2's were available for pre-order they went for $180 or more sometimes, but the day the pre-order places recieved them newegg had plenty of them for $140. Being the first to a new technology is good for bragging rights, but terrible for the wallet.

These boards were supposed to be due out in November... Glad to see they are finally being released, despite being at least a month delayed.

That price is a joke though. mATX boards rarely go over $100.

Try ATACOM. They have it for $99 before shipping, etc. and it may be in stock. I have never ordered from them (and probably never will) but Monarch is probably raping you on the pre-order, so prices may fall when they are released elsewhere.
