goto www.compuexpert.com

The deal is on their main web page. I just ordered mine from them. The site says "Pre-Order Release Date 06/28/01". So keep you fingers crossed. I ordered from these guys before; I think shipping was like $6-7 for Fed-Ex two day.

Both Bestbuy and EB has this expansion pack for $39.00
with tax and all, you will probably save $5-7

I do believe it's $29.90 for the pre-order. And the FedEx 2 Day is $4.00. Or at least it has been every single time I've ordered from them.

For anyone who's never used these guys, they are excellent. Great prices and great service. Sign up for their 48 Hour Madness. It rocks. They email you the current special. Keeps you up to date on the hot deals that they offer.

And no, I don't work for them. Just a very satisfied customer :)
BTW- if that's not enough, each order comes w/ a free game.

I have been looking for the best price all over the place.

yes, compuexpert rocks. They are really cheap compared to everywhere else, and they do give you a free game CD. Shipping for me has always been $4-5

Awesome store...and that 48-hour madness e-mail is essential for gamers. It's about the only commercial e-mail I ever look forward to.

<< es, compuexpert rocks >>

ya sometimes they do special deals with gonegold.com for extremely reduced prices on new games. i think they do something with them every week. nevertheless this is one expansion pack i will pass on 30 bucks for an expansion pack is rediculous IMO.

Hey, I'm still looking for a good deal on Diablo 2, not the expansion. I should have gotten it when costco had it for only $35.

I got Black and White for under $20 a few weeks after it came out and also got Nascar 4 for $41.

This place is the newegg of computer games.

I wonder how good or bad D2 expansion will be. I don't know if I will play it b/c all the new items/uniques/rares/gems/stones/elite/etc. will make way too many combinations and probably be too easy to get really strong. But who knows, blizzard has never come out with a bad game. :)

<< Supposedly, CostCo will have this for $27 in store when it's released. >>

Can anyone confirm this? If so, I'm definatly going to be there. If not, I'll have to look elsewhere.

^^ BUMP ^^

This is probably the lowest price going for the Diablo 2 expansion pack.
Best Buy has it for $39.99 + tax.

I plan on buying it at Best Buy B&M today along with Anarchy Online. Sure, I'm paying retail now, but that's where the beauty of BB's 30 day low price guarantee. If you find a lower price within 30 days of buying it, they'll match it AND give you another 10% of the difference. I'm positive Fry's, CompUSA, or probably even Best Buy themselves will drop the price to $29.99 on both those games in a weekly ad within a month.

The game is now out in stores. Prices range all over the place from $29 to $39. If you're just buying the X-pac for the 800x600 resolution, STOP. You can get that resolution with the normal game with a registry edit.

I'm pesonalyl waiting until the game breaks the $20 price before i pick it up. But by then, DAoC might be out and it'll be too late. Heh.

Picked up a copy of the D2 expansion pack yesterday. I haven't stopped playing since.. the new chars are awesome. One thing though, you'll have to convert your chars to the expansion and once you do that you can't go back to regular D2. But why would you want to? I don't care for the new resolutions, I picked up because of the new Act and new characters.

oh, they have it at Electronic Botiques for $34.99
