Pre-installing software on comercial Win PC?

If I sold computers, there is a way to pre-install Windows for the customer, right? I can also preinstall other software as well, right? I'm having trouble imagining how this would be done as I've only installed Windows for myself and I would anticipate having to go through a registration and set up process.
