Pre-Dial Terminal Screen in Windows 98????

Whenever I try to connect using my dial-up connection to my ISP, I get a "Pre-Dial Terminal Screen" with two options - "Continue" or "Cancel". The window that opens up looks like a blank DOS window. This has only happened recently - I am not sure what I could have done to invoke it...any ideas? And how do I get rid of it - it is an annoyance - I have to click on "Continue" and then the dial-up connection logs me onto my ISP. I use Windows 98SE and have a 56K dial-up connection.

Thanks for any help!

If you right click on your connection in dial up networking and go to properties, I believe there is a selection in there for the terminal screen. I don't have win98 anymore so I can't give you the exact steps. If its not there, then I have no idea. hehe
