If anyone has been to Gettysburg they've probably seen the house.... definatly if you've been on a ghost tour.

I blame the fire on the ghosts.

What's even stranger about those who do the re-enacting is that they do it in the middle of the summer and dress up in full wool garb to do so. :Q - Talk about asking for heat stroke.

Back on topic - sorry to hear of this structure loss.

bummer. I hate seeing such things happen. A friend had a house built in the early 1800's this house was just beautiful! someone broke in and stole his TV and stereo etc. Then set the house of fire to cover there tracks.

They were caught a few days latter but man to burn down such a house was heartbreaking.
