PRB: Registering ATL Server Causes 0x80040154 Error Ok I need a hand here

Microsoft Knowledge Base Article - 201191

We are getting this error when trying to run somme new software on Win 98.

Now unfortunatley all the programmers are gone for the day so Here I am trying to fugure this out.

Is there anyplace to download this ANSI Version on the web?

Not sure if this is ansi or unicode, but you should be able to google for atl.dll and find this and other sources. These are legally redist components, so it's ok to do this or ask someone you know on the 9x platform to send you the files.
