Prayer Request

Hey everyone, I don't do this often, but I'd like to ask for some prayers.

My moms uncle (only living grandmas (or any grandparent for that matter) brother) is in really bad shape. A little while ago, they noticed a spot on his lung, and they biopsied it and they found it was nothing. He was fine for about two days after the biopsy, and all the sudden he became really ill. His blood has a bad infection, and no antibiotics have worked.

They have given him pretty much everything, including the strongest and most expensive antibiotics, and hes still getting worse. There is only one other antibiotic they haven't given him that they are going to try, and if that doesn't work, basically nothing will. He lives in Israel (a lot of my family lives there), and it really sucks because my grandma cant be with him, and that none of us can see him.

Thanks a lot, I (and my family) really appreciate it.

I'm not expecting many (or any) replies, and I'm not sure how many people here are religious, but I thought it was worth asking. Thanks again.

Sure thing, I will keep him and your family in my prayers.

God is always listening, even when we don't think he is, and he is never too busy for one more prayer.

thanks so much guys, I really appreciate it. glad a lot of you saw this, it definitely helps. it made my mom really happy too.

edit: i should say that my mom actually asked me to do this, so she's really greatful. there was another forum i belonged to and i asked for a prayer request for a friend of ours when he got his heart transplant, and many years later (far longer than the life expectancy of a regular transplantee) he is still alive and well. she doesnt really know how to use the internet at all, or even a computer (aside from some games) so i am surprised she asked me and actually remembered.

thanks again.
