So meanmeosh...how'd you do? If you were taking the 362K final, then I was taking it the same time as you were.

I was sitting on the left hand side (if you face the room going into the lab), 3rd row all the way to the wall.

I thought the test wasn't too bad, just freakin long. Oh well, hope you did ok.

hey, yea... it was the 362k final. i was in 317 to begin with, but then the TA made me move to 334. yea, the final wasnt too bad, just really really frikkin long. it didn't help that labview crashed like 5 times during the entire thing :disgust:

Man I have my 316 final tomorrow. I already took my 411 final with pearce and my 319k final with valvano (which was INSANELY EASY). I need a 78 on my 316 final to make an A in the class. Which one is 362K again?
 
362k is automatic controls. don't take it with buckman. don't take it with womack. which is kinda bad cause they're the only ones (as far as i know) who teach the class on a regular basis. buckman has this love affair with labview and makes you use it a lot. i'm not the biggest fan of labview because, depending on the quality on the VIs, it crashes randomly if you feed it the wrong value (buckman initializes all the sliders to 0. the problem being, if the slider is activated at 0, the program crashes).

have fun on 316 finals =P my friend took it thursday. he said it wasnt that bad.

dude, i would recommend taking ONLY buckman. Sure you have to use Labview, but it is really easy and his quizzes/tests are easy as well b/c all you use is the lab view stuff mainly.

Pretty much all you have to do is just play around w/ the sliders until the signals look "good" and you're pretty much done.

I dunno, I would think that a normal, 3 test, hw/week read straight out from the book type class would be boring and much harder. Also, womack SUCKS HARDCORE! Do NOT EVER TAKE ANY CLASS WITH HIM!
