Take all of the ink pens on his desk and swap around the tubes of ink to be mismatched with the color of the pen. ie: A supposidly black pen will write in red, blue writes black, etc.

Change the paths of his desktop icons so they open different programs.

Bring in a giant pile of hay. Hide small objects from his desk in it. (Might get a giant "WTF, you're fired" from co-workers/bosses)

Create a screensaver that looks like a format screen, so everytime he turns his back for a few minutes he freaks out.

If things get nasty, always make sure to revert to pooping in one of his drawers.

it takes some work, but most office phone systems have a "call forwarding" option; reprogram other's phones so that they go to his desk.

buy several of those vehicle fragrence packages, open them up and tape them to the bottom side of his desk drawers.

next trip to the book store or major marketing conference, take out several magazine subscriptions in his name, and use his name for company contacts for their products (he'll be getting fliers for years).

vaseline on ear piece of phone

pool money together and have a stripper come to work.....might even be more fun if it's a male stripper.

Nah, we have open desks, and I sit right accross from him, if that matters.

In that case, CrazyGlue random spots on his chair wheels. It'll shake like mad when he rolls it. When he complains, tell him he's probably just past due for an alignment/wheel rotation.

We printed out pictures of one of our coworkers and hung them all around the floor.
