He basically claimed to know me, even tho I repeatedly said I didn't know him. He talked about a false situation where he met me. However, I've gone to the place he claimed we met at a few times. Then he asked some stupid questions trying to embarrass me. Then he started making fun of some stuff he knew about me and then started making gay propositions. I hung up then. The bastard! If I find out who it is...

Bah, you should have played along. When he propositioned you, you should've accepted and tell him something like "ob, btw, i am recording it.. but do continue you hot studmuffin"...
 
A friend and I use to do this, and he just dial random numbers. He would start of with hello, then who the hell are you??? LOL, then he just hang up. After a month or so, he was billed an extra 25.00 on his phone bill and his mom wasn't happy about it, so he stopped ever since.

Yeah, but this wasn't just a random prank call, these ppl know me. I suspect some kids from my school, they're probably the accomplices.

The number belongs to a Sprint PCS customer in Royal Oak, Michigan.

Call up Sprint PCS customer service or walk into a store and come up with some clever words. If all goes well, they'll read out the registered owner's name and will try to verify if you're him/her.

Or simply call back the number order him not to call you ever again. Tell him you've registered a complaint with Sprint PCS(hint: he won't be too happy you know his carrier) to place the case on file and you will take it up with the authorties and file charges for harassment.
