Prank Call

I just got prank called by some stupid kids from my school I think. I just got a call by some guy who claims to live in a nearby suburb and who claims to know me, but I don't remember him. However, he knows a few details which were not wholely accurate, but close enough for me to suspect some kids from my school. I didn't recognize his voice, but there were ppl laughing in the background. I star 69ed him and it was my area code, but I think it's a cell. Is there any way to find out who the number belongs to? The number is 248-506-5207.

Have somebody call back and ask for a bogus name... when he answers with 'sorry, wrong number'... ask who this is?

Hey... you live right by me. I live over in Sterling Heights. Have you tried Infospace's reverse search yet?

A name would probably help the original poster determine who it was.

I'll give him a call tommorow, and I can guarantee I'll at least get a name out of him. As long as nobody prank calls him too much tonight.

im not so sure its a cell phone...

If you do a search for area code '248' followed by the exchange '506' they all seem to be land lines... Typically, cell phone companies use different exchanges than land lines.

Still trying to figure out who it is...thanks for all the help! I tried some of the online reverse search engines, but turned up nothing. The kids I suspect are out on spring break...

Can you tell me how to do this (search by area code to check land lines or not)?
