Pr(Z < Zm)

I've got this stats problem and I'm not sure what the question is even asking.

I've got a sample distribution with grouped data. I've got values for:

f, Xm and Zm (m is midpoint I assume)

Now there is a set of fields for me to enter Pr(Z < Zm).

So Probability that Z is less than Zmidpoints? I've got something written down called C%, or CF% (cumulative percentage) beside this field, but I don't remember why I wrote it.

What is being asked exactly? Or how do I calculate these data?
