PQI Turbo 1
PQI Turbo 2

Now im hoping the lower price one has samsung tccd chips. If it does, it doesn't cost that much more than my value ram. Can somone please let me know.

thanks,

Neither of those is TCCD. For PQI PC3200 to be TCCD, the timings need to be listed as 2-2-2-5. This is the one you're looking for at Newegg - link. :)

Thanks Doobie. It kind of sucks though cause i thought i was going to get awesome RAM for $87 :). OH well it was a nice try. Any recommendations for great 3200 ram for $100 or less for say a stick of 512MB

That PQI TCCD memory is supposed to be pretty sweet, and not too expensive. ($245 at newegg.) Another good option is Crucial Ballistix. If you go with a matched pair, and use the 4% discount they offer for it, you get them for $250 with free shipping. They are rated at 2-3-2-6, but they are definitely 2-2-2-5. In fact, they can run at 2-2-2-5 all the way up to DDR438 speeds, so if you plan on mildly overclocking an Athlon 64 system, that's the way to go.

ncage, you might want to check this out and see if 2-3-2-6 would work for you - link. I don't know how well it will OC, but it's a good price for PC3200 with tight timings.
