That's a good price for one of the smallest 512MB drives out there.

edit: Looks like the rebate is directly from PQI. Also, the rebate must be postmarked before Jan. 7th.

Just ordered mine. Shipping for me is as followed...
Ground was just under $6.83, 2nd Day was $7.21, and Overnight was $9.88. $25.20 for a 512MB drive shipped seems pretty good to me. Thanks for the heads up OP 🙂

My wife and I both own the 128MB version, and they have worked flawlessly since we bought them about a year ago. They are very sturdy units, I carry mine in my wallet.

aww. I just bought 2 512MB sticks for work. ohh well..

edit: I got the 1GB stick for myself. 🙂 It's REALLY as small as the pictures show.

I'm in!

Thanks OP!

(now on my third - had a memorex thumbdrive, sandisk mini cruzer, both died within a month!!! Grrrr....)

If you like the PQI products, here's a link to SurplusComputers. They carry a bunch of PQI memory products at good prices and most have free shipping.

SurplusComputers Memory

Edit: they have that stick of 512 for 36.99 shipped.

Just got back from Fry's and got 3 (all separate) ... makes nice stocking stuffers!!!!!!

Thanks Op

Be careful if ordering from Surplus Computers to get the USB 2.0 (black, not purple) version for the rebate. I think the rebate only applies to the USB 2.0 model.

Is this 2.0 version? (assuming the 2.0 versions of these have a higher transfer rate)

edit - crap, just noticed this deal was dead =(
