I don't, but would like to know this...

are your kids have more knowledge than you did at around the same age? Knowledge in terms of the stuff they teach you at school. The internet makes it so easy to build vocabulary, learn math, get your questions answered immediately..etc. Or do kids just go on the web for myspace?

The 10 and 7 year olds can google. The 10 year old can photoshop. The 7 year old is mostly on LEGO sites. The five year old can't read yet but knowns key words by sight allowing him to get around the web and CDs. In fourth grade I did not know the F or N words or what gay was. Gee thanks public schools.

Not really...............

Yes she uses the internet as a learning tool but that is because it is here for her to use. She is only 7 but seems to be progressing around the same rate I did..........

And yet kids think "y 4 plz b wut ur c 2 ne1" is a complete and properly spelled sentence. Kids are retarded, and a sure sign that our species ("ppl", as you call them) is on the intellectual decline.

My children amaze me everyday with the amount of knowledge and wisdom they have. I don't think it has anything to do with their access to the internet though. Both my children are straight A students, and very very smart kiddo's... I'm am very proud of both of them! :D
