Ppl in the Vegas area

badly explained in the title but i need to find someone who does graphic art to cars in the vegas area. ive wanted an anime style batman painted on the hood of my car with the cape drapping down each side of the car.

know of anyone? must be good

Best bet would be to flag down people that have similar art on their cars and find out who did it for them.
I have seen different styles of paint jobs; some may have come in from out of state though.

Some custom body shops or parts stores may have some leads.
