Powerup system by keyboard (?)

I have a setting in my Abit BE6-II v1.2 motherboard's bios to power on the system by BUTTON, KEYBOARD, ETC. I chose KEYBOARD (Ctrl+F1), but can't get the computer to power on while pressing these keys. Anyone know how to get this to work?

Microsoft USB Keyboard (in) USB Passive Hub (in) USB Port1
*Bios settings: USB Keyboard = BIOS Supported

You may need a PS2 keyboard for that to work??
