Does anybody know if the antec true 430 have the built in adjustments for each rail?

no i don't believe it does

i own the 430, 480, and 550(which has them)
i even tryed to mod my 480 after reading a few forum threads, but apparently it only works with the 550 to get higher voltages or something.

you might wanna search around google.com a few times with "antec 430 rail mods" or something
