Powersupply putting out +13.5v instead of +12v?

I've got a generic (Power Man?) power supply that is puting out +13.5v (+/- 0.5v) and -13.5v (+/- 0.5v) (tested with BIOS, confirmed with voltmeter). My machine is rock stable, but should I worry about this?
