Powersupply problem?

Hey guys, just recently my computer wouldnt turn on. I noticed the green LED light on my motherboard wasnt a solid green, but now blinking, and very dull. Im not sure if this is b/c my power supply is going out or my motherboard?

antec 550w truepower 2.0
a8n sli deluxe
7800gt
2gb ram
300gb hd
amd athlon 64 3200+

Anyone have any ideas?
 
Can you get a spare PSU and try hooking it up to see?

If you have a multimeter, you can check the power leads.
 
I have a stock powersupply, 450w that im going to try out and see if i can boot up. Hopefully its only the power supply :\.
