Well i finally bit the bullet and ordered a PSU (My old one died and i have been running off of a POS TT 420Watt).

There have been updates made to the PSU since the reviews were written on it

THe one i have has 2 EMI shielded sleaved cables running off of 2 dedicated rails for the HDD/VGA card. Addittionally it has 2 12V connectors which can be combined, to form the 8Pin. Also they have abandoned the 20 Pin - 24pin extension and simply added a 4 pin to stick on the end. They have also updated the fans and at idle the fans are garauntted to stay under 23dba (It is extremely quiet).

Rails haven't moved since i turned it on, and i didn't even have to adjust them yet.

One downside to this is it is ENORMOUS. I didn't think much of it until i got it. I have the back end jammed up about 2.5 inches from my Optical drives in a Chieftec Dragon case.

All of these which PSU threads asking which PSU i would highly recommend this!

Thats kinda a bummer about the size. If it is that close in a Dragon case I assume it would be much more crammed in my Antec Superlanboy... Good thing I plan to do a completely new build including a new case!

How are the internal temps of your case compared to before?

Well i rearranged all but 1 of my sensors. THat sensor is gett 2C lower temps though.

As for your LANBOY as long as you have short Optical drives it should be a problem. I have a cheapo CD Burner that is very long. WIth my DVD-Drive there is easily another inch-inch and a half.

One more thing it is very heavy... MUCH heavier than the POS TT PSU.
