i'm looking for a good, cheap case for my new rig. i'm looking for something with a plexiglass side cover, just for show. good cooling is important... this case seems loaded with fans/room for fans. the only thing that i'm not sure on is the powersupply.

here's the case:

Aspire ATX mid-tower

here's the system i'll have running in there.

Intel 875 Motherboard
Intel 2.8c Pentium 4 chip.
Albatron GeForce FX5900
512 megs of Kingston HyperX 3200 ram
some random hard drive... (old one scavenged from my current comp)
SB Live! sound card
ethernet card
CD burner/CD drive (one drive)
3.5 floppy

think thats about it. nothing terribly fancy in there. i probably won't be overclocking anything. at most i might tweak the graphics card up a tad. i just want a nice, solid powersupply that'll run all this with no problems.... and that won't be fried in a month.

would appreciate any advice, or other options you may know of. i'm not sure whats important in a power supply and i don't want to end up with a piece of crap.

thanks :)

Ruck, I would dump this choice for a case. Spend a little more and get a good aluminum case. Also, don't skimp on the power supply. Spend twice what you normally would. I would recommend the Vantec 'Stealth'. Any wattage will work. I have read than Antec, PC Power and Cooling, and Enermax are also good options. As for a case recommendation, get a Lian-Li PC60 or if you need a lot of room, get the PC70. I have two and they ROCK! Good luck.

I have used this case for a couple of builds... It's not a bad case for the money. The PSU is another story... It is a lightweight cheap piece of crap... I'd replace it with a 300W Sparckle: (is a great PSU for $24... read the reviews!) here
