Hi,
Can you pls provide me with a powershell script were i can move .bak and trn files of maximum length, were i need to zip the large size files and move it to a folder with currentdate in another server . that is the daily backup files should be zipped,tested, moved to another server

Moving the files can be done with the Move-Item cmdlet.

You have a few options with zipping. If the files aren't too big, you could use something like http://learningpcs.blogspot.com/2010/07/powershell-working-with-zip-files.html. When working with larger files, I ended up using the DotNetZip library.
