Powershell command to change primary email (the reply email)

i have setup all the proxy emails and now i would like a powershell command/script to basically flip the switch to the new email addresses. it needs to run for each user.

so right now i have bob@domain1.com and bob@domain2.com ... currently domain1 is the reply email (primary email) and i would like to switch it to domain2.

how can i do this from powershell for everyone?
