In a Powerpoint slide, I want to show a word, and then on a mouse click I want to animate the individual characters so they are rearranged into another word.
Is there any way to do this, perhaps with an add-on? Or by using another software package to create the animation which could display in Powerpoint?
[edit: found that this is possible in PP 2002 and later, I have PP 2000]
