Powerpoint slide show won't auto advance to the next slide

At the Slide Transition i have On Mouse Click check and Automatically after: ..... Seconds. Checked.
The slides will advance if i Mouse click. But not if I wait for the timer. Please advise.

When you go to Slide Show -> Set Up Show, is "Use timings, if present" turned on?
