I just ordered a case from amamax.com and it came with this power supply, I have no idea if it's good or not, and I wanted to knwo if it'd be ok to use them. It will power an IC7 motherboard, P4 3.0C, dvd rom, burner, two seagate barracudas. I'm kind of reluctant to use it since I've heard stories of blown motherboards from generic psu's, but I don't really want to spend the 50 buxs if I don't have to on a better power supply. Thanks.

I have no idea about that PS, never heard of it. I would do a Google search on it, look for a review. If I couldn't find a review on it, I sure wouldn't use it.
Sounds like you have a nice board and chip, like you said you don't want to screw them up.
If you need to buy a new PS, I would really consider, Sparkle, Fortron, or I think it's called Powerman, all three are made by the same company they are excellent, while being very reasonable in price. Anand and Toms both recommended the fortron 400 watt very highly I would say
