ok, so i picked up green days new album, american idiot (best album ive heard in a LONG time!), and imported the tracks into the itunes on my windows box- worked fine. but when i tried to put it in my 867 quiksilver powermac, running 10.2, for my ipod (1st gen mac-only), it spat it right back out. this is the only time its ever happened to me. i could hear the cd drive starting to spin up, but then it just ejects it again. its an enhanced cd, so this is definitely not supposed to happen. someone else, that makes it even weirder- i put it in my dads imac (running 10.3), and it did everything fine, although it did seem slower than usual. whats going on here?

What's an imac? Lol, jokes aside. I have no clue when it comes to apple computers, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night. From the information you gave, I'd try installing 10.3
