powermac g3 to pc with win xp pro

i have a powermac g3 running 10.1 i whant to connect it to my pc running xp pro
i want to be able to get music, movies, pictures, of of the win xp and surf the web

they both have 10/100 ethernet i have a ethernet cross-over cable

this is a g3 biege

go into network connection on xp and do the network setup wizard to make XP share the connection.

In osx make sure DHCP is on.

To share files use samba.
