Powering up problmes...

Hi,

Got an Intel 845BG motherboard. Whenever I turn on the mains switch of the plug where the PC's connected, the PC powers on (I don't have to press the "Power button").

At times the PC refuses to power up after pressing the power button. But if I try after some time (30-60 minutes) it powers up. sometimes it boots up the first time.

What can be the reason for this sort of behavior? Power lines and connections are Ok.

Using a 300 watt PSU.
