Poweredge T420 psu

Hi I have a Dell poweredge T420 with a dead psu, just wondering if anyone knows if Dell uses proprietary psu pinouts or if a standard ATX psu would work?

Looking at the dell support site for the T420, the 3 suggested replacement PSU's appear to be a proprietary design.
