This is my first foray into virtual computing and I am trying to figure out if my server is beefy enough to handle the load I'm throwing at it.

I'm using esxi and currently am doing a "test run" -- I was wondering what you guys thought of the server specs compared to what I'm putting on it.

Specs:

2xquad core 1.6ghz xeon 53xx
9gb ram (4x1gb, 2x2gb and 2x512)
4x32gb (raid 5 with hot spare) -- to hold the different o/s
4x74gb (raid 5) -- to hold the data
2xgb ethernet

to run:
1xwin2k server - 4 cores 3.5gb ram; running sql server and advantage database server (with 10-20 users connecting at any given time) and will be the domain controller and print server
1xwin2k server - running terminal server with client side applications that will be querying the first server -- 2 cores, 3.5gb ram; the 10-20 users will be connecting through terminal services on this computer
1xwinxp -- 2 cores, 1.5gb ram; running some bridging applications that won't run on the server o/s's (this is not crucial to have on there)

Do you think it can handle this load smoothly? What can I do to improve its performance?

If this is too much for it to handle, what would be a more reasonable load? I would ideally like to get both of the win2k vms running on it.
