You'll need to run Goldwave and PowerDVD at the same time:
1. Start Goldwave and choose the recording time of the wav you want to make. A small box should be there, or pop-up - that looks a recorder/mixer. You'll see the buttons on it - play, record, etc... You may have to change some settings in this panel if you don't get any sound to record... I just set it on "What-U-Hear."
2. Start PowerDVD and play the disk - put in near the point you want to record...
3. Go back to Goldwave and hit the record button on that little pop-up mixer... If it's recording, then you should see waves moving in the mixer's twin-windows...
4. After you've got what you want, stop recording and the wav should show up on the main screen. If you install the plug-in(MP3) from that site I gave you, then you can save the file as a .MP3...
Goldwave isn't free, and it has a limit on it.... Good luck.
