PowerDvD and Raite 8X atapi drive

I cant seem to get the two to work together very well, i played a dvd on it last night but now...it just wont work. I tried windvd that didnt work i tried a diff dvd i got sound but no pic the exact same problem any ideas?

Do you have the full versions or demo versions? I know the demo versions have very limited features and you can only play a DVD for a few minutes with them.
