The guy was a genius in Boulder, CO who popped out this Swiss Army Knife of a utility in the early days of windows...so I'm guessing that he built it in about '95.
Since then, it's been sold at least three times and no version beyond 5 was worth a darn. Apparently, the programmer did not come over to the new owners along with the program.
He was Serbian or Checz or Armenian.
I believe he escaped Kosovo as a result of the war and immigrated to the U.S.A.
The reason for all of this superfluous bs is that if you can elaborate on this info, I'd appreciate it. In the early days, he'd answer his own phone, talk sales, tech support, - you know, the one man office.
