Powercolor x800xl 256mb ViVo - Catalyst 5.3 and WDM Capture problems (help!)

I have recently built a new system that includes a Powercolor x800xl 256mb ViVo PCI-E card. With the 4.11 catalyst drivers supplied by powercolor, I can use the Rage Theater that is on the card to make use of ViVo to capture video. However, ATI's Catalyst 5.3 drivers do not even recognise the Rage Theater that is on the card, and as such, I can not use the ViVo feature to do video capture. Since I really want to use the ViVo feature and use newer drivers (since I get better performance in games with 5.3) I really would appreciate any help in solving this issue.
