PowerColor X800GT oc to X850 XT PE

I read many articles about this card:

My question is: Even you can oc to X850 XT PE level but you still have 8 pipelines.

So, will that still worth to buy?

It won't be nearly as fast as the X850XT PE. If you game at lower resolutions (1024x768) than it will probably run any game you want at max settings. When you say "is it worth it" it really depends on which games you play and which resolution and settings you plan to use.

an X850Xt would smoke the GT... there is no unlocking those pipes...

for the price yes, it is worth it.
