POWERCOLOR X1650 512MBDDR2 -- Is it worth $64.99?

Well, the 512MB of RAM on there is almost entirely useless, but otherwise its a decent card for the money.

Just my 2 cents.

might want to wait for ATI's HD2400 since it'll have the universal video decoder (UVD). otherwise, i thikn the x1650 is a solid choice 🙂
