PowerColor Video Cards: Are they any good?

I am considering a GeForce4Ti4200 for my son, and NewEgg has the PowerColor with 128mb Ram for $138.00.

It has both video plugs as well as S-Video, and it also has the heatsinks on the memory with the fan blowing accross them.

Is this company any good, and are ther GF-4's any good?

my 9000 pro 128 meg is power color. The losers gipped me and gave me a memory speed of 500 instead of 550 and it wont over clock 3 mhz in the memory.
