Powercolor usb tv tuner, win2k driver = This data is invalid error, what gives??

just got it in the mail, a powercolor mtv2000pro usb tv tuner. tried to install it in my win2k box and laptop. Both give me the same error when trying to install the driver.. "This data is invalid"

I'm getting real pissed. No help from the manufacturers website either.
