powercolor theater 550 pro - installing problem

hello

i tried to install the card with no result, after installing the driver in variouse version (from the CD and from the internet) i saw that in the driver properties there is this massage


"This device cannot start. (Code 10)"

what to do? i tried changing the slot, downloading the newst driver - what's that massage means and what can i do?


i have AMD 64 (754) 3000 and 1 G memory and graf' card: leadtek 6600G,

I don't know the answer to your prob, might be winXP related and I don't use that OS.
